NeighborWorks Southern Colorado (NWSoCo) kicked off its end-of-year campaign on Giving Tuesday (November 28), a global day of giving back to nonprofits and organizations. This year, we need to raise $5,000 so that we can continue to run programs and provide services like Financial Fitness, Energy Efficiency, and our La Familia Garden on Pueblo’s Eastside, which touch the lives of families and residents like Emily (above).
With your help, we can make this a reality.
The need for your support is more critical than ever. Help us cross the finish line early by giving now!
Thank you for helping us promote healthy vibrant neighborhoods across Southern Colorado!
We have supported NeighborWorks Southern Colorado through monetary donations because we have seen first-hand how our donations are put to work by empowering people to take ownership in their homes and neighborhoods. We appreciate the fact NeighborWorks is on the ground and operates in the neighborhoods they are working to revitalize. It helps people to become good neighbors by teaching them to become invested in their homes and neighborhoods by educating them on personal finances, providing them with budgeting tools and other financial resources as well as providing tips, continuing education, and other resources (both monetary and non-monetary) during the entire home buying process and well after – we will continue to support NeighborWorks because they are truly a great example of neighbors helping neighbors.
